We guarantee live arrival on all shipments as long as they are delivered within 48hours of sending .

Clear video (no photos) of the DOA livestock in an unopened shipping bag is required to receive credit.

The video file must be received within 3 hours of package delivery time as given by the courier when delivered. Video must be send to our email adres or Facebook messenger.

Livestock is not guaranteed past arrival. You will need to be present or have someone present at your home to receive the livestock, if parcel is left without someone being present D.O.A is void.

Opening the shipping bags ends the arrival period and, without video, indicates that the livestock is acceptable in the condition they arrived.

DOA credits are redeemable for anything listed on the website.

No money refunds will be issued for DOA livestock.

Shipping charges are non refundable and not covered by our DOA Policy.

The same DOA rules apply to deliveries to rural areas.

Shipping to a PO Box will void the DOA policy  

All funds owed will be issued as a credit towards your next order.
