US Fissidens is one of the most beautiful aquarium mosses we have come across. About the name, Us can probably be derived from its origin. However, in some countries around the world, the name Phoenix moss is more popular because it has a canopy very similar to the phoenix tail, so many aquarists use that name to name this moss. It is very easy to combine with other plants in the tank to create details in the tank.
Fissidens Moss thrives in water temperatures (20-25°C) and benefits from occasional pruning to maintain its desired shape. It’s a hardy, slow-growing plant that adapts well to both high-tech and low-tech setups.
